Kids BJJ Fundamentals (Ages 8 - 12)

The only way a child will ever take a stand against a bully is if he/she is confident and he/she can defend themselves if attacked. In the Kids program, our goal is to increase each child’s awareness about bullying and to build their confidence with the techniques of Jiu-Jitsu so they can take a stand and end the torment. The best part is that the techniques are nonviolent. Rather than using potentially harmful punches and kicks, the child will use leverage-based control holds to neutralize the threat until help arrives. With the kids' program, we teach the children how to fight fire with water.

Adult BJJ Fundamentals (Ages 13+)

Adult Fundamentals our beginning program for co-ed adults. In this program you will learn the core techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun safe and cooperative environment. Each one hour lesson addresses one standing and one ground self-defense technique, which are broken down into simplified drills to facilitate the learning process. You can start the program at any time and participate an any class without previous experience.

Women's BJJ Fundamentals (Ages 13+)

Women's Fundamentals is a self-defense program for women based on the techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). In this program, we will teach you how to neutralize the most common assault attacks ranging from having your hair grabbed to being pinned to the ground by a weapon-bearing assailant. You can start the program at any time and participate in any class without previous experience.

Striking & Takedown Fundamentals (Ages 8+)
